I recently helped a dear friend, Filippo Inglese, with the purchase of a home with the services of a truly exceptional realtor, Viki Watson. Both he and I were amazed at the level of dedication and professionalism that she exhibited. Filippo Inglese, who is 69 years old, knows absolutely nothing about computers and was at a tremendous loss with all the emails regarding his purchase, all the documentation needed by the mortgage company and by the title company etc. I received emails on his behalf and forwarded them to Vicky. Were it not for the incredible support, time and energy that Vicky expanded, he could never have purchased a home. Mr Inglese was born in Italy and his command of the English language is quite limited. Every email and phone communication from the mortgage lender had to be explained in detail and Vicky had the patience of a saint.
