Both he and I were amazed at the level of dedication and professionalism that she exhibited. Filippo Inglese, who is 69 years old, knows absolutely nothing about computers and was at a tremendous loss with all the emails regarding his purchase, all the documentation needed by the mortgage company and by the title company etc. I received emails on his behalf and forwarded them to Vicky. Were it not for the incredible support, time and energy that Vicky expanded, he could never have purchased a home. Mr Inglese was born in Italy and his command of the English language is quite limited. Every email and phone communication from the mortgage lender had to be explained in detail and Vicky had the patience of a saint. She was always readily available to make copies of documents, scan and send emails on his behalf. She went over and above to assist him in every way and ALWAYS with a smile. She returned phone calls and my text messages on his behalf immediately. Her extensive knowledge of the market and her desire to help him find the PERFECT house for him was a top priority for her. Vicky took Mr Inglese to see a bevy of homes long before he was prepared to purchase a home which was contingent on his selling his own home. She had no guarantee that she would make a sale but this did not deter her from providing the most exceptional service one would ever expect. It was a potentially complicated sale in that I was selling for someone else, my mother, and doing it long distance. I live up near Gainesville and the property is in Dunedin. We had to deal with a couple of potential problems such as having to put a new roof on prior to the sale, holding an estate sale to clear the property and closing out an open permit on the property. Viki was on top of everything and made it so much easier for me to deal with everything from 3 hours away.
